Anoup Nandra is Principal Dentist at Rock Dental and Edgbaston Dental Centre in the West Midlands. With more than 20 years’ experience, his clinical interests include implant dentistry, oral surgery, restorative dentistry and conscious sedation. He is a Fellow of both the Royal College of Surgeons of England and the College of General Dentistry, where he serves as Vice President and elected West Midlands Representative. Anoup holds postgraduate qualifications in implant dentistry, medical education, and medical law and ethics. An experienced clinician, educator and dental expert witness, he has lectured nationally and internationally on clinical dentistry, ethics, consent, communication and clinical governance. His career brings together clinical practice, education, professional leadership and dento-legal expertise.
Dr Mide Ojo is an award-winning cosmetic dentist, entrepreneur, and international lecturer, recognised for his innovative approach to modern aesthetic dentistry. He is the owner of Refresh Dental Practices and co-founder of SmileFast, a pioneering digital smile design system used by clinicians worldwide.With nearly two decades of clinical experience, Dr Ojo has developed a reputation for delivering minimally invasive, high-impact smile transformations, combining advanced restorative and surgical techniques with a strong focus on long-term oral health. His work sits at the intersection of aesthetics, function, and efficiency—helping to redefine how modern cosmetic dentistry is delivered.As an active Dentist, Dr Mide treats general dental patients and elite sport players in his role as the official Dentist for Brentford FC and Chelsea women’s FC.As a passionate educator, Dr Ojo has lectured extensively across the UK and internationally, training dentists in simplified, predictable approaches to smile design and treatment planning. His teaching focuses on bridging the gap between orthodontics and restorative dentistry, empowering clinicians to achieve exceptional results with confidence.Known for his engaging and practical style, Dr Ojo delivers lectures that are both inspiring and immediately applicable—equipping delegates with the tools, systems, and mindset to elevate their clinical outcomes and patient experience.One of his greatest passions is helping dentists build and scale successful practices — empowering the profession through shared knowledge, real-world experience, and practical business insight.
Nine years ago, following the demanding and often overwhelming journey of starting his own practice, he founded a closed network group. The goal was simple: create a space where like-minded dentists could exchange ideas on practice growth, business strategy, and ownership. What began as a handful of conversations has since grown into a thriving community of 2000 active members, with regular webinars and annual conferences.
Dr Rimmi Bhogal qualified in Dentistry from King’s College London in 2006. She began her career in hospital dentistry at the John Radcliffe and Churchill Hospitals in Oxford, gaining experience in Maxillofacial and Oral Surgery before moving into community dentistry, where she cared for patients with additional and complex needs, including those attending the Haemophilic Clinic and Didcot Community Centre. She subsequently spent several years in private practice in Richmond, London, developing her clinical expertise and particular interest in aesthetic and restorative dentistry.As her career progressed, Rimmi’s focus expanded beyond clinical practice into education, leadership and professional development. She has served on the national interview panel for Foundation Dentists and as a Dental Appraiser for Thames Valley. Since 2012, she has trained dentists and therapists across Oxfordshire and has been an educational supervisor for more than fifteen years. Her postgraduate qualifications include MJDF RCS (Eng), a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical and Dental Education, an ILM Level 7 in Coaching and Mentoring, and postgraduate training in Restorative Dentistry.Rimmi is passionate about combining clinical excellence with the development of people. She is committed to prevention, patient education and embracing new technologies and techniques, while helping colleagues and trainees build their skills, confidence and professional standards.Alongside dentistry, she has contributed to healthcare-focused charitable initiatives in the UK and internationally, including work in Zambia, Kenya and Malawi promoting health, hygiene, clean water and education within schools and local communities. Today, as a multi-practice owner, educator and Dental Appraiser, Rimmi continues to combine clinical practice with leadership, mentorship and community involvement. Her career reflects a consistent commitment to learning, sharing knowledge and raising standards of care — for both patients and the professionals around her. Outside dentistry, she enjoys travelling and stays active through jogging and yoga.
Dr. Odirile Moloi has been in private dental practice since 2006, with a particular passion for Endodontics, CAD/CAM Dentistry, Aesthetic Dentistry, and Laser Dental Treatment.His journey in Endodontics began during his time in the Military Health Services, where he served as a Community Dentist from 2005 to 2007. During this period, he gained extensive clinical experience, with a significant focus on root canal therapy. This early exposure developed into a lasting passion for Endodontics, which remains a central part of his clinical practice today.Dr. Moloi has been recognised as a respected clinical educator and opinion leader in Endodontics and digital dentistry, presenting clinical cases and sharing his experience through professional training and educational programmes. Over the years, he has continued to collaborate and learn alongside renowned Endodontic lecturers and clinicians from around the world.His commitment to education and professional development has taken him across Africa and internationally. He has delivered hands-on courses and lectures in Endodontics in Kenya, Uganda, Botswana, and South Africa. In 2018, he completed specialised training in CAD/CAM Dentistry at the Sirona Digital Dental Academy in Berlin, Germany, as well as at the Dental Innovation Centre in Bensheim, Germany.More recently, in 2025, Dr. Moloi travelled to Seoul, South Korea, where he trained with Vatech in CBCT technology and advanced digital imaging and diagnostic systems, further strengthening his expertise in digital dentistry and modern diagnostic technologies.In 2021, he obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Endodontics from Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University (SMU). He currently serves as a Sessional Endodontic Supervisor in the Department of Odontology at the University of Pretoria, where he contributes to the development and mentorship of the next generation of dental professionals.Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Moloi is a Director of OMERI and has become a familiar and sought-after presenter at OMERI conferences. His passion for sharing knowledge extends beyond professional conferences, and he has participated in numerous television, podcast, and radio interviews, discussing a wide range of topics related to dentistry and oral health.At the heart of his career is a passion not only for dentistry, but also for continuous learning, sharing knowledge, embracing technology, and helping advance modern dental care.And when he steps away from dentistry, you’ll often find him doing something completely different, digging through crates of vinyl records and spinning records.
Dr. Yak Lindy is a South African dental surgeon, entrepreneur and founder of Bedfordview Dental Care, with a particular interest in dental implantology and aesthetic dentistry. Passionate about modern dentistry and innovation, he has built his career around combining clinical expertise with new technologies and a continuous drive to learn and evolve.Beyond dentistry, Yak is known for his adventurous and creative spirit. An avid mountaineer, amateur DJ, cinematographer and drone pilot, he enjoys pursuing challenges that take him well beyond the dental chair.In 2023, he took on a Mount Everest expedition to raise awareness of gender-based violence, using the challenge as a platform to encourage greater awareness and meaningful conversation around the issue.Whether through dentistry, adventure or creative projects, Yak brings the same curiosity, energy and willingness to push boundaries, making his journey one that extends far beyond clinical practice.
